Is There a Waterproof Blind ?
I have a Hunter Douglas Everwoods 2" (Alternative Wood) blind in my bathroom. On the window right next to tub with shower head attached on the wall. It gets soaked wet every time we have shower. Also I use the shower head to wash them often.
It has no signs of deterioration or swelling after 5 years of use.

How expensive are Hunter Douglas Blinds?
As a Hunter Douglas Dealer for almost 18 years. I believe Hunter Douglas has the most reliable systems. Their Warranties are not just you read at their web site. They honor their warranties and fix everything totally to customers satisfaction. They have great products and everything else to back it up with. Pricing is not much different from Levolor. Some of their products are more expensive and some cheaper then others. People used to think Hunter Douglas is Expensive but not anymore they are very competitive. But lets be real Hunter Douglas is not in the Budget blinds category, they do solid products and do it reasonably cheap.
